4.7k scam by krkwings

Yes for sure because if in real world will happen to me this do you think he still alive ??? I NEVER GOT SCAMMED IN MY LIFE I HAVE 4 ONLINE CASINO AND FIRST TIME I GOT SCAMMED IS IN THIS PLACE BECAUSE IS FK FULL OF SCAMMERS THIS IS THE TRUE THEN IF WE WANT TO TALK ABOUT BULLSHIT WE CAN DO IT, BLUE GREEN RED BADGE, HERE IS FULL OF SCAMMERS AND NONE IS DOING ANYTHING TO PREVENT THE FRAUD THIS IS FRAUD!!!

man I feel bad for you.you are so
Gullible. This is the internet, where people will steal from you in a heart beat. Just by the way you are acting now I bet more scammers are waiting to target you. You are an easy target for them.

I have been trading online for many years, there is scammers everywhere. Even in fiver by the way. As you can see here there is a nice Fiverr review trade.

It sucks that you got scammed but you need to understand how forums work. You need to deal with someone who is trusted.

Trust does not mean they have a JR vip sign. There is always risk with trusting people with thousands of dollars. You need to deal with people who have something to lose.

if someone has a business making thousands of dollars a day or. A month they most likely won’t scam you. There is tons of those people here doing legit business. Legit business wins in the end. But you fell victim to the scammers, who did not meet any logical trust requirements.

so that’s on you.. just like any forum.. forum trading requires some thinking from
The buyer perspective. The world is not all sunshine and rainbows sadly. There is people who scam to earn.

Are you not expecting people to learn and understand rules in the real world? Internet is the real world since more than a decade, people behave as nothing can affect them since they feel anonomus on Internet. It is a learning thing. And 15 years ols are probably more experienced then me on Internet since they grow up with it, the downside they have both here and in the real world is thinking ahead, a 15 years old always had that against them even in real world. I made so many mistakes myself as a youth, but I learned from it.

But I can bet you didnt make 4.7k mistake in your youth. Im just saying, in this harsh and cold world you could atleast have some empathy for the guy - I bet he learned his lesson way before you guys starting berating him about him being stupid not trusting a "100$" badge, like thats the holy grail or mean something.

Its victim blaming, and laughing or just plainly throwing away the idea of how we can stop from occuring - its just being less informed. The forum houses thousands of members, and Im seeing shitlist everyday that could be stopped from just some prompts and coding. But yeah, blame the guy losing 4.7k not the piece of shit scammer! Great life lessons installed in you.

And these threads just stains the reputation of BHW.

fiver and upwork
These 2 are mediating platforms, BHW is not unless a mod is involed (which in your case is not). There are tons of threads about not to buy from newbie/regular members but yet you did. Simple as that.

Oh and one more thing is fiverr and upwork takes a shitton of fees, bhw? Nope.

To be honest if i was scammers first place i will come is here, no need to be a genius to understand, that here is the place that either if you scam people nothing will happen!

Not really. Real world trade is not like a forum from early 2000s. Seriously this is a very bad argument.
2nd time you talk bad about the forum like someone is forcing you to join BHW

If you dont like it, LEAVE

Dude, seriously - why are you expecting people, or people new to the forum knowing every ins and out?
There are multiple 15 years old here, I have been 15 yrs old and been on this forum - are you saying that a 15 years old should be smarter about the internet and scamming is his fault?

Im saying, not that the blame lays on the forum - but not active, pursuing different solutions for this not happening is disclaims the forum by having a service section.

I understand your mad, but he hasnt done anything to scam you. I agree that forum could, and should take responsibility and expand their efforts - but the members dont have the blame. They are entitled to an different opinion.
How would the forum possibly take more responsibility for user error? Quite ridiculous.

Yes, at 15 you should understand that there are people on the internet that want to scam you. No one is saying to know the BHW rules in specific. When I was 15 I was trading on forums.. I knew there were scammers, im sure others have the same experience as me.

even knowing there are scammers, you can still get scammed, but it’s much less likely.

if op had dealt with a trusted user:
- few years old member (3+ maybe 5+ years)
- nice reputation score
- jr vip +
- has a marketplace thread
- look through their post history to see the way they act towards others

if you follow those 5 steps, your chance of getting scams goes down insanely.

To be honest if i was scammers first place i will come is here, no need to be a genius to understand, that here is the place that either if you scam people nothing will happen!
Man are u ok? What do you want blackhatworld staff to do!? Go to their house and take them out?

You know the word PREVENTION ?

You know the word PREVENTION ?
There is tons of forums just like BHW. It is on you as the user to protect yourself . Could you suggest some ways of prevention? Let me suggest some for you:

few years old member (3+ maybe 5+ years)
- nice reputation score
- jr vip +
- has a marketplace thread
- look through their post history to see the way they act towards others

Ah this is the PREVENTION ? but this is the prevention that the username should follow, not the PREVENTION of the blog, if i have an online casino and i must prevent the money laundering i need to do certain things to prevent so actually is the casino that must take care of this, not tell to the players dont make money laundering!! looool

but if u go to upwork or fiiver will happen this things ?? Answer me pls, and either if one scam another in upwork, upwork will take the responsability at least, not that is my fault that i m looking for a service
Even on freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr , if you pay someone outside the platform (like through crypto on a telegram conversation) and get scammed, upwork or Fiverr will not be responsible.

eg In upwork's "Staying safe" guide they write:
"Never get paid or pay someone outside of Upwork. You may open yourself up to scams or fraud, and lose Upwork Payment Protection"

And This is a forum. Not a freelancing platform, transacting "outside the platform" here would mean dealing with people outside the Marketplace.

Here, there's no payment protection like Upwork's Escrow (administration have plans of an escrow service I believe) so you are supposed to be more vigilant when transacting with anyone.

I am really sorry that this happened to you. But there's really nothing the forum can do to help get your money back (unless someone decides to donate).

Take this as a lesson and never commit the following mistakes again:
1. Never transact "outside the platform".

2. Never pay with a method that you can't reverse before receiving your deliverable. That is, don't pay with stuff like crypto or PayPal personal payment or Western union.
Had you paid this scammer with your credit card, you would chargeback and get your moneyback.

3. Always read the rules/guides on how to stay safe when doing business on any marketplace. Bhw has those here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/avoid-being-scammed-basic-pointers-for-your-security.306301/

As long as BHW does not have a system for moderating and withholding funds, this will continue to happen.

Of course this should take time and cost money to implement, but it would be much safer if the buyer's money was held until delivery and confirmation of receipt of the purchase. Or for a few days if there is no express confirmation from the buyer.

I have read that they are planning something like this, with Escrow...until then, purchases continue to be protected only by the possibility of banning a member and damaging his reputation...Sometimes these are accounts created a few months ago and there is really not much reputation to damage and they can create another account and continue scamming.

But here i cannot pay through BHW in upwork yes, i put my credit card and i pay upwork, what are you talking about ? where is here the option that i can pay trough BHW ?

And also i really dont know how this blue badge people can say this things, this scammer are ruin also your business because for their fault i will not pay here noone who offer something not even with a gold BADGE so all fo you lost a potential client with high budget to spend, so the first who should care about this is YOU!

my friend what does this even mean?
This is the tricks I give you to follow so you don’t get scammed likely.

if you have a casino, or a pet store, it makes no difference to me. I’m just telling you what I would follow personally to not get scammed

So i see u still dont get the point, BHW is offering a service right ? so he must to protect and prevent their visitors against this FRAUD this is the point! not the visitors they must becarefull and take care about them self, then if you tell me that we live in a jungle we can open another discussion.

Even a system like that wouldn't stop a scam like the one OP became a victim of.

If an escrow system is launched for BHW, that would, I believe, be exclusive for marketplace threads. OP transacted outside the platform. They communicated with the scammer on Telegram and paid them through crypto. A scam like that can't be protected through an escrow service.

There's no way a platform can protect something like this.

As long as there's a way to send PMs, scams like this will keep happening. Scammers could simply message people like OP, take them to their telegram/skype etc, and convince them to pay them in crypto for some service. The only way to stop this is raising general awareness among forum members.
