They should all have 3d secure as standard it's rare to find a merchant now that see it as an additional step to become verified to be 'enabled' for such checks if that was the case id not use them all. You have 3d secure which normally checks agains post code / zip code, phone number, last 3 on back of the card or card issue number and name on card you can normally select which if any you want to apply as additional checks the back of the card is now almost standard.
By ticking for example 'name' if someone entered Joe Smith as card name but it belongs to Joe Allen then it could fail the check or be flagged as a high risk within your merchant account.
You can also (depending on the merchant - I think) set if the card does not meet a specific 'pass score' then fail the transaction.
3d secure is normally an extra step before Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure (VBV & MCS)
