Thank you for your information

You should be able to set within the settings of your merchant gateway / admin to only allow transactions that pass 3d secure as well as other options you can specify on a fail / accept. At least thats my experience with most gateways, all depends who you use.

Thanks for the advice, since you've got some experience - how you deteremine wich card to proccess with 3d security? Or just i had to use it always?
I'm asking this because most of my clients prefer simple charging of their cards, but now i've got to many of that chargeback friendly frauds

They should all have 3d secure as standard it's rare to find a merchant now that see it as an additional step to become verified to be 'enabled' for such checks if that was the case id not use them all. You have 3d secure which normally checks agains post code / zip code, phone number, last 3 on back of the card or card issue number and name on card you can normally select which if any you want to apply as additional checks the back of the card is now almost standard.

By ticking for example 'name' if someone entered Joe Smith as card name but it belongs to Joe Allen then it could fail the check or be flagged as a high risk within your merchant account.

You can also (depending on the merchant - I think) set if the card does not meet a specific 'pass score' then fail the transaction.

3d secure is normally an extra step before Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure (VBV & MCS)

Hope that helps. I only tend to use Stripe no bank merchant. Sagepay as the gateway and bank as the merchant.
