300k Facebook page! how can I monetize it?

hi guyz!
first of all execuse my English. I would like to ask you. I have a facebook page about 300K likes and the engagement is active.. people are converting very fast with pictures and videos. The niche is about family, love relationship etc!! I have tried selling t-shirt ... for 3 months I sold only 5 shirts.
I am unemployed and I want to start a business online!
I am thinking of adsense... creating a website using wordpress or blogger+ writing blogs related to the niche... I am confused between choosing the CPC or CPM.
can you help me please?
I have read a lot of you guyz experiences. thanks in advance <3
