All sounds good! But a domestic router is not going to be able to handle thousands of people at a sports/concert arena (that is why they have industrial/commercial routers that cost thousands of $$$).
However anywhere there is a constant and steady flow of people with time to kill and who will be looking for free wifi will be ideal.

Networks can and do ban people for leads coming from the same IP. On another forum, someone had a lot of leads from the same IP and Android OS with OgAds. His account was suspended and payment denied. I know the person and he is a heavy media buyer, he wasn't committing fraud but the network doesn't see it like that.
If you try this method (and I'm confident you won't make money from it), then pass through the IFA or IDFA to the aff network.

i have idea for same ip situation ... we know the location of ip . so why if we can get list of direct link for special offer companies that support your location so who tray to access you send him directly to the offre ( you can build list ) and every unique mac address will get offre form your list ... and when all offre get done you get next list from cap site and add it and so on ... i thing you can do it and do more with this .. my greetings .

Hey guys a quick update, so after reading all the comments on this thread I decided to give it a try, so basically what I did so far is sending emails to different company explaining everything, one of them is agreed. They will send me completely new landing page I asked them to create something about free internet. But they are okay with these leads. which is a great news for me. Now I need to setup everything still learning and having hard time to find right tools I never done this still researching and I'll start once everything is setup.

I would suggest you be very careful trying to hide a bulky suspicious bag or package in a highly populated public place in this day and time. Just think about that for a minute.

I don't know if it was mentioned before but if you are afraid that the cpa network will ban your account for completing offers with one ip, you can always tell people that they will get free wifi if they submit their email address and confirm it. Then you can start sending them offers when they use their own internet. You could also add checkboxes with things they are interested in like sports, fashion etc, so it would be a targeted email list not a broad one.
Although completely right, then you conversions go down from very little to near enough fuck all. If you think it is worth your time walking the streets for 30 emails a day, then go ahead and do it. But this method would convert into a days work for pennies.
