Targeting & keywords depend on your offer that you promoting and always use (Keyword Planner) from Google this tool very helpful

I target all devices when I submit an ad for approval there is no any link after approval I put the links max 2 links with blogger redirect URL

The landing page in the Gulf countries is different from Switzerland! I'm not running 1 page for all countries
Even I created a landing page for KSA different from UAE

I choose 1 offer that paying high rate then I create landing for KSA in Arabic but the local language which they are speaking I know because I'm from here and same offer you will find with another name for UAE so I create a page with The local language in UAE etc..
