This question has been asked time and again on this forum. The answer is basically always 'nothing', because most of the time the OP is looking for somewhere s/he can put $30-100 and make a fortune.
Life doesn't work that way.
For your $30 you could register a domain and take out a years hosting. You would have nothing left to purchase content, so would have to write it yourself.
If you're up for the time and effort that would be involved in that route, then start searching around the forums for ideas on an angle/niche.

@kickthat is absolutely right. $30 is not much at all but it's enough to give you a start. Use the money to purchase a domain and hosting, and build out a website with useful content. The plus side here is that information is free; read this forum as much as you can and search around Google to learn. You can definitely bootstrap a web project/business (i.e. starting with around $30), it'll just take a lot longer and a lot more work/creativity. If you're fine with all that, go for it. Otherwise, listen to @MisterF and drink some beers while complaining about inflation and the devaluation of the dollar.
With $30 you can invest in domains. But before you go buying, you'd better learn domaining. I turned a $10 domain into a $200 sale, twice. But again, you have to know what you're doing.
I think what you can do with $30 is open up a BST. That's the safest bet.
I'm pretty sure even if you were offering logo designs made in MS Paint for $10 each, people would buy. So yeah.

your best option would forget you had 30 , that only put limitations in your mind . instead find something that cost you little to money .

Spend some money on Fiverr gigs that could get you things like ad postings, likes/followers etc. You'd have to already have something going for yourself but with $15 you should be able to do that and buy 3 gigs.

The truth is there is no way like invest $30 and after few days you make it $300. Nope not possible.
You must read all the threads and apply which works best for you.
Find some targeted facebook groups, make a good name for yourself in those groups by behaving well with people.
Then create a website selling some affiliate products based on your NICHE.
For website $30 is enough. Domain and Hosting for first month may cost you $10 - $15 overall
