30 Million Emails List, Non-Targeted. What Would You Do?

Hope you are doing well.

Even though I'm not so active here, I learned a lot during the last 5 years and I would like to thank to all of the lovely forum members which their contribution helped me generate millions of dollars in the online internet marketing world, well done guys.

I need some advice -
My team has an email list of almost 30,000,000 (30M) people around the world we have gathered in the last couple of months.
They are non-targeted of any specific niche (dating, diet, nutrition, etc.), they are mostly young people (14-28) and they are active FB users which seeking for some entertainment.

My question -

Based on your experience, what is the best way monetize such a huge list?
Me and my team are open minded, feel free to suggest anything.

How was the list generated? And not to be a skeptic, but if you have generated "millions online," I find it surprising that you would ask for advice on what to do with it. If you indeed were able to collect 30mil opt-in emails, then SURELY you already know how to monetize such a list....right? If you indeed had a clean, legit, opt-in email list....and IF you were able to get inbox or whitelisted through returnpath.....you would make millions off of that list with pretty much any random rotaton of cpa ads. It doesn't even matter what you send. But you are asking the impossible question....you didn't get them via opt-n over the last couple of months and you can't get inbox with them, because if you could...you would have already been doing it.

Fishing for a list buyer.

You could send a mail with some kind of survey to screen wich niche they are interested in
Offer something free in exchange of completed survey so more people will do it

I understand your doubts to be honest, it's really doesn't make sense to assume a multi million dollars marketer don't have a specific funnel plan with his email marketing.
The thing is that we were focused on a few narrow niches in the last few years which generated these millions, therefore my "nooby" post about email marketing.

Regards the opt-in -
It's not a regular opt in process, where they put their email on some landing page, all of this list was generated when they visits our websites network. This is why they are non-targeted and we are trying to have some community brain storming about how to monetize it in the most creative way. If this was the classic targeted email list as we all know it, related CPA offers would be the best I guess.. but it's not the case.

If that is the case, then you just need to spam them....find a guy that can inbox (easier said than done). Even if he says he can get inbox...he is probably lying. Your best bet would be to pay someone to teach you how to mail. The guys that will offer to email and charge you by the sent email....are obviously not confident enough to mail the offers themselves and get deliverability.

Hi and thanks for your suggestion.
We have all the in-house tools, tech & budget to handle all the emails sending by ourselves, we don't need anyone for that.
The missing part of the puzzle is the monetization funnel, as we want to exploit it as much as possible for the long term instead of the short term.

wow 30 million emails? thats amazing.. you shouldn't have any problem making money, how bout you hook me up with 1 million emails....?? lol

- Old account / few posts
- have made millions thanks to the forum but have never posted on it.
- have millions but bother with a 30M non-opted email list
- have millions and post on an public open board about some illegal activities (yes, spamming is illegal)

Assuming op is legit... If the emails came from visitors to your network of websites then surely it's somewhat targeted already? You must know which sites yielded which email addresses?

Send an email from the relevant sites to touch base and check deliver ability.

If youre still not targeted enough then you'll either spam it (I wouldn't) or you'll get creative by engaging who you can to do some research about why they came/stopped coming to your site.
