The woman is obviously fucking deranged, and I think the fact that she is that age and a mother herself only makes it worse. 1 year is definitely not enough for that sort of psychological torment. If I beat up a 13 year old girl I would be in jail for more than 12 months I'm sure. She abused the girl for 6 weeks and even got other people in on the "joke", all of whom should be punished.

It is a horrible thing. This means that there will be precedent (previous rulings) that the lawyers for ANY website (including you or I) will use to file charges for violating ANYTHING that they put in their TOS.
This is not the end of this battle in the legal realm. Correct me if I am wrong please, but I believe this means that if you violate ANY TOS you will be in jeopardy of facing criminal prosecution.
So if in my TOS I say you have to provide your real name and address and you violate that by providing false information, criminal charges can be pursued?

I'd recommend far worse than letting her rot.
The rotting should happen to her daughter while she and the rest of her family watches.
When her daughter finally dies from the rotting, then start the rotting on dear ol mom.

I doubt she was convicted for violating the TOS because thats a civil offense. The TOS is a contract not a law.
She probably "hacked" into myspace using a stolen account or emailed thru an open smtp or unauthorized proxies -- thats using an unauthorized computer.

While I think this bitch should rot in prison, prisoners (i.e CRIMINALS) carrying out street justice are no better than her either. They're god damn criminals, who do they think they are bringing "justice" to another criminal (regardless of the severity of the crime)?? They should all just shut up, do their time and mind their own business. prison + criminal + street justice is an oxymoron IMO.
