Have you completed your site & published 5-10 articles.?
I suggest you wait for a minimum of 1-2 months to start building links. But you can share your site or contents on Social Media & start getting Traffic.
First, build your social presence get traffics then Start building Backlinks Gradually. Don't go crazy...

Run Ahrefs, scan competitors and find relevant sources to create links.

Wait for the website to get indexed and you are good to go. Waiting 1-2 months is crap. Start with some free links - forum, directories, Q&A websites, socials and then move to PBNs and Guest posts. Just be careful to not fuck up your anchors.
Sound advice. Great sites with press releases etc get backlinks from launch time, it's natural.

IMO, Initially you can get links from trust worthy, relevant links.

Site speed is good around 97%.. My blog has 10+ articles..

I'm done with 10++ articles.. I just start to build backlinks from some authority web 2.0 like wix, webs, blogger, etc... I buy some social signals from legiit with dripfeed.. is good for my new blog?

I don't think you should start building links on Web 2, guest post for 3-4 days old site. Better you build your social presence, make social media profiles, share your contents there. Also you post on QA sites & Reddit, Quora.
