If website is 3 days old then i will no t suggest to start link building you can post some blogs and then wait for minimum one Month or 2 or 3 week you can start make new backlinks slowly not in bulks make link naturally dont buy bulk links

Add more content and slowly you can add some social signals first or a few blog comments.

If you have build up new blog than first you need to do is to post good content on your site and to build up some good backlinks and once google index on your website than you will rank on google SERP.
