Im looking to create a scraper which can scrape instagram. 15k-30k hashtags, every 30 minutes-1hr updated would be preferred. Would need to store data (photos, username, time of posting, caption) into server. Your experience not getting blocked is just as important as software. Proxies vendors, etc. I need someone who can go over the idea and take me from concept to a viable working product. This is not a one time scrape, must constantly scrape every 30mins-1 hour. Experience understanding monthly costs would be a big help as well. Thanks

I'm a bit late, but if you're still looking:

I've developed a scraper similar to what you describe (called "slang800/instagram-screen-scrape" on GitHub) and I'd be willing to add hashtag/search functionality to it, if you like. I don't use the rate-limited Instagram API, and it can be deployed to as many separate servers as you need, so it won't be blocked at all by Instagram.

On a personal note, I generally build these types of scrapers for data collection & analytics, but the same principles apply to what you want to do, so it's easy to translate.
