It's bestofvines. They have a lot of followers on, you guessed it, vine, twitter, and a lot other social platforms. It's viral content, and everyone loves it.

They are doing well, and now they are expanding to facebook.

Source: Well, my fucking brain + over 600+ of my friends are liking this page, I know they aren't part of some massive botnet.. or are they?!
