Besides Youtube, is there any other way to get traffic? Because there are multiple videos that are doing the same thing so how can I outrank them?

Your site is looking good! I tested it out though and when I click download nothing comes up. If you're using CLP V2 and are not sure how to set the locker to activate on click, feel free to PM me and I'll point you in the right direction

I read where a few members here were declined.

I've been implementing this method for about 3 weeks now and got 5 conversions (yes it's small but it's a start). I've heavily utilised Facebook and Twitter for promotions and I post on average 5 movies a day manually (although I just posted the whole Rocky/Rambo/Saw movie series's in the last 3 days). I have purchased some backlinks from ApeKillApe and some Facebook likes on Fiverr to get things off to a good start, and have also done blog comments and Yahoo answers as well (one of my answers got voted most popular and they let me drop my whole link in there ).

I have to note that I havn't used any content locking yet as I feel I am not bringing enough traffic in yet (only 50 visitors a day). Once I have stepped this up considerably I will consider the content locking.

If anyone wants to see what I have done so far, check my signature link. I don't expect you to click on any download links and earn me commissions, but thought it might be useful for some of you who are wanting to start this method or ones that need more ideas etc. Also feel free to give me some feedback and advice if you think I can do better .

I got accepted... thats what I use . Was thinking about changing to netflix but they only allow people from the US

This technique has been working for me on a very small scale but I would like to share my twist if I can help anybody with it. I did it a little bit different though. I took a print screen of the movie on youtube (like a trailer) so it looked more like it's the real thing instead of a production picture that looks too real.

Then I downloaded a free psd of a video/audio player. There are enough professional looking psd's around if you search Google. I Changed the length of the running time so it looked more legit and pasted the youtube screenshot in the video player. Then added the text: click play to start "movie name - year".

Then used that image on my wordpress site. Then I went a step further by making a gif of a loading screen with photoshop. Enough loading gif's around.

Then I used a imagemap (I never heard of it, but I googled it) for the videoplayer on the play button. There are a few online imagemap creators that give the html code right away. So that when user's click on the play button, the loading image appears and it looks like a genuine videoplayer.

The whole videoplayer to loading screen and CLP2 didn't work on wordpress for me but it did work on a few free blogging platforms for me.

I'm not a javascript expert so it took me about two days of googling and testing to get it working. Don't know if it converts better or worse then the original idea though.

That's a really nice technique you've got there. We can't know without split testing but I'm pretty sure that's a lot more convincing to visitors than the way I did it!

I've been at this method for about a month now and without using CPA/Content Blocking I've made $5.90 lol. This is just enough change to get me a Big Mac haha but over time and with more SEO/link building/bookmarking/profile blasts etc this should increase. Have just posted my 101st post/movie and am stopping for a few days due to XMAS, but I think that shouldn't matter too much.

If anyone is wanting to try this method, don't use CPA/content blockers until you have started to get a decent flow of traffic coming through. Also make use of Wordpress (self hosted, of course) and use WordBooker to publish your movies on your Facebook page/group everytime you post a movie. Also purchase some Facebook likes/shares from Fiverr and go to those facebook like exchange sites and get some free ones from there.

$5.90 is nothing compared to most people on here but it makes me happy because I must be doing something right and I havn't given up or lost motivation. Now I have to upscale my efforts and make my next goal to be around $60-$100 a month (I have to be realistic because I don't own xRumer/SB etc) and increase the amounts according to progress and confidence.

I have also been trying to find a footprint to search for all the facebook likes exchange sites on Google. I have signed up to about 10 and they all have similar structure/page names etc. If a footprint (or two or three...) can be found, maybe someone with software creation experience (I'm still working on C++) can create a bot that signs up to each site scraped from Google and puts your urls in the relevant fields (Google +1, Facebook likes, Twitter, Traffic exchange, etc...). Then the bot will go to work and visit each site and get points for you.

you say you aren't using CPA, and i'm wondering why not? doesn't most of the revenue come from that? i am not sure but it seems like the whole point of this is the CPA

Yeah I think the whole point of this is the CPA, but I'm not going to use it until I start getting some decent traffic coming in. I think once I start getting 500+ hits a day (not incl bots etc) on a consistent manner then I'll start using CPA. For me I didn't see any point in using CPA on a new website that isn't getting much traffic to begin with.
