There is a big problem. It's risk a few site inclued one Adsense account.
Pro Adsense users know it. Espicially using arbitarage method has under risk. Can you show us send of money of screen?
 
As far as I understand it is advertising for $1. He earns $100. If only I knew this would work. I invest my everything. But adsense definitely blocks it. :)
 
IF I had this traffic I would sell my own products, not get commision slice of someone elses products.
Adsense are robbers, quit them years ago.
