2020 Journey - Reselling & More

Intro

I'm sure this won't be the only journey related to 2020 but seeing as the new year is upon us, why not make some more money.

Now I've had my fair share of journeys in the past, and I haven't achieved my goal in any one of them, maybe because of my laziness or other factors.

I've had a lot of motivation in the past few months and I'd like to do something with it, so here goes.

My Aims

I'm not looking to make a fortune, and to be honest, most of this work is just to keep my brain running whilst I work on my studies and so on.

I'm going to try my best to ensure I can get at least 10 recurring clients at the end of this year, which would mean I would be making a nice sum of money each month.

What am I actually going to be doing?

I'm going to be continuing on with what I was doing in my previous journey, selling backlinks, but scaling it up and making monthly recurring packages.

I've sorted out a little team, and they will handle the bulk of the manual work, whilst I'll focus on managing everything.

I'll be selling these packages on various marketplaces, but mainly SEOClerks and Fiverr as these garner the most sales. I'll also be selling directly through my website, and will start selling on BHW soon if all goes well.

Money Money Money

Now as I've already mentioned, I'm mainly just doing this for the sake of doing it and gaining some experience.

I've already planned out costs, and there'll a 70% profit margin.

The reason that the profit margin is so high is due to the fact that the package I will sell will contain various services, and the bulk of these services will be completed by my team.

Update 05/01/2020

Most of the time that I worked on this journey, was done setting up the services and getting everything ready. I've currently received 2 orders for a total of $75 profit.

I'll be making little updates twice a week and bigger updates once a fortnight

One of my team members is located in the same city as me, and that is due to the fact that he is making specialised links, but other than that all the work is outsourced. I find it's cheaper to outsource the work to foreign people than people from the same place as you.

Update 13/01/2020

It's been a hectic few days in regards to managing a bunch of projects, but I managed to get some sales. I received 7 varied orders for a total profit of $180.

This has just been from selling on SEOClerks, I'm currently copying all of my services to Fiverr to maximise sales. At the end of this month I'll publish a detailed update including some tips to ensure you can get as many sales as you can, and also some screenshots for motivation

My team completes the majority of the links, and I complete the highest quality links. I do have a supplier for reselling, and that is for 10-20% of the total links being made.

End of Month Update

So I won't have enough time to complete the update at the end of the month, so I'll be doing it now.

I took the plunge into the Blue Zone and am now a Jr.Vip, I'll be creating a BST or two soon and that will hopefully increase the earnings I report (though I may decide not to share those earnings).

SEOClerks Earnings:

Revenue: $294.60
Profit: $235.68

In terms of revenue, this was $43 higher than last month's earnings, so I am pretty happy about the growth. I think its due to the fact that I created higher paid services, and purchased some paid boosts (only 5). I think that once I add all the services that I want to add, and I have a management system set up, I should be able to make 3-4x the amount with 3-4x less work.

Other websites:

Revenue: $100
Profit: $100

By other websites I mean Freelancing sites such as UpWork and Fiverr, and also clients I had previously. This was a solid amount for the hours of work I did, so I'm happy.

Reflections

Total Revenue: $394.60
Total Profit: $335.68

I am happy with this amount, as I only worked for 1-2 hours and my team did the rest. My team has already been paid last month, and that covers three months' work, therefore I am not putting that sum into the profits.
The earnings have pretty much been passive, and the money coming in is just extra money for me to buy myself gifts with , so I don't really care for the amount. However, I have been thinking and may pursue this a bit more, so that I can make a substantial amount with this.

UPDATE 01/02/2020

I'll be updating every week now, as I find that it ends up helping me get the work done. Weird.

I received 3 sales on my SEOClerks service, for a total of $80 in profit. It's been a pretty slow week, but things should start speeding up quite rapidly. You see, I've realized that scaling this project up would be much easier than I was previously thinking, and I'll be starting the process very soon.

I'll only be providing screenshots in the end of month updates as I find that it takes longer and well, I'm a lazy guy

UPDATE 10/02/2020

Close enough to every week

I've had a lot of work to complete over the past few days, seems like some people really like my services.

I received 7 sales, for a total of ~$150 in profit. I've created one more service which will hopefully propel my earnings higher and higher .

I am also in the process of getting a BST on here so keep an eye open for that, it'll be good, I promise.

No update for the past 2 weeks sorry for that. I've been quite busy with other things and the stats haven't been that impressive. I'll be putting out an update at the end of this month to see how it compares to the previous month.

Hello people.

I'm going to be delaying updates for quite a while as I really haven't been focusing on reselling that much. I'm currently mainly working on my BST and managing real life things.

I expect to give another update on the first of April, but we'll see.
