HaHa, Similar Resolutions OP.

2. Quit Smoking - I've already stopped smoking a week back & i will be sticking to that rule of not smoking again.
3. Money Sites - It's been so long I've built some websites, I was self employed but I'm an employee now. Though I've no complaints being an employee but who doesn't like extra income and that too when it's much needed?

5. Anxiety Problem - I've huge issue of googling health symptoms & getting panic. Yes, This is my second biggest nightmare which i want to get rid of. (Any Help is appreciated)

Good luck kicking the nicotine everyone...

- I want to quit smoking, for real this time.

- no booze, weed, tobacco, anything else like that

- be disciplined enough to make daily meditation a habit

- work smarter (maybe harder too), but mostly smarter, reducing the amount of time I spend analyzing unimportant things.

- stop dwelling on my past relationships and live life

My main goal for 2k18 is to heal my body and become one healthy motherfucker.

To those already living in 2018 what's it like? Anything decent going on. Counting down the last 45 minutes from the UK :) Here's to 2018 all.

Get back to the gym again
Stop using so much drugs
Start more IM projects and make more money

@vinku, try vapes with nicotine juice, I could quit after 10 years with eaze. Without vape I would've murdered 7 people an hour in to quitting.

Nicotine is one hell of a drug, to some people.
I heard so many people saying "I will quit smoking" on January first..
I've quit smoking ~february first ,2017 (I don't remember exact date, I don't really care). You don't need any vapes, no replacement,no BS , no excuses. Nicotine is not one hell of a drug. I did smoke since age of 12 to age of 32. All kinds of tobacco, even non tobacco kind. Like. . everything that could be smoked.
You know what's hard to quit? Not nicotine.Habits are hard to quit. That pack of cigarettes always in your pockets, lighter, ashtray, anything cigarettes-related is way more against you than nicotine. Nicotine's effects are lasting maybe a week after you quit, at most..bad habits are coming after you for months.
Try to find replacements for your habits, not for tobacco,

1. Start traveling again while working remotely.
2. Get at least 10 high paying clients for my business.
3. Learn more SEO.

I couldn't disagree more. You think every person that is addicted to nicotine feels the same? Addicted on an equal level? You have to be kidding me.

And yes, of course you don't need a new year's resolution for quitting smoking, I think NYE resolution are ridiculous because if you want to quit, you can do it at any time. I couldn't care less about the habit of having a fucking cigarette in my hand, my issue is nicotine. My chest burns, my blood boils, I shake from anger and I become extremely aggressive.

You will feel quitting Nicotine for a LOT longer than a week (again, depends on the person). Are you talking nicotine in your blood? That's a few days, urine a few weeks, but that doesn't matter when it comes to how you feel from withdrawals.

I had a friend who quit cigarettes after a few years, he didn't notice anything at all, it was as easy as brushing his teeth according to him.

And I think a vaporizer with nicotine is a lot better (or how about nicotine free?), than smoking cigarettes considering Nicotine itself isn't specially dangerous, it's all the other shit in cigarettes. It was a tip to make it easier, since he has trouble quitting.

I used to use something called "Snus" in swedish which is a tobacco pouch you put under your lip, so no smoking. I was as addicted to that as cigarettes, couldn't care less about the "habit of having a cigarette in your hand". Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

But let's agree to disagree.

Interesting read...
In 2018, we're looking to get our lead gen machine making us sites for contractors and trades people. We spent over 2 years building the 'machine'. LOL Time to monetize it! We can make national and international sites. Built a dozen so far - all doing well. Excellent content with analytics and webmaster tools. Thinking of doing facebook ads to attract trades (small business owners). Kallzu where are you??? :)
