There are no Penguin and Panda safe forms of backlinking. According to Google, creating a backlink in general is considered "black hat" and therefore unsafe to use. If you want to follow their guidelines, you shouldn't be making backlinks at all. You should be getting them from other websites that value your content and want to link back to you.

But really.. who does that?
 
Thanks for the reply guys. May I know if its safe if I will build the half of my 2nd tiers from buying links reviews from Bloggers. Or much safer by sending them my blogpost to be insert in their blogs.

[DAY #6]
[DAY #7]


Please let me know what can I do in DAY #2, DAY #3 . Later on I want to rank for a certain 3 different keywords. My niche is about Android apps. Please your Penguin and Panda SAFE link building methods.

You could try SEOMoz's beginners guide to SEO... but that's probably not much help in telling you exactly how to build backlinks
