2000 £ in Bing Ads without experience

Hi guys I have 2k £ to spend on Microsoft ads but I'm not sure what kind of ads that get success on it cause it's not like Google.
I'm thinking to spend it to advertise my SMM panel but I'm not sure.
What do you advice me to target "age" or to start with? and what niche that doing well (health, assurance, cars,)?

I've been saying this a lot lately, so forgive me anyone that's spotted that:

I'm not sure about SMM panels myself but for other niches like ones that'd require landing pages I've been seeing more reasons to resell them rather than marketing the sites themselves... There's always someone looking to do the stuff we do here OP.

Less frequent conversions, bigger sales & room to optimise and scale, in my opinion.
With a nice little campaign-ready website marketing a SMM panel there's good room to take a hint from above and also offer landing pages or single-page survey sites and such.
