I am interested in purchasing a 6 month old website that does around $5500/month in Google Adsense revenue. When I search for relevant keywords in google, I can't seem to find his website, which makes me suspect of fraud. I want someone to help me research this website over Skype. I do have some google analytic screenshots, and I will be given read only google analytics access during the due diligence period.

Please reply if interested! Looking for experts only.

No one but a scammer would sell such a fiction.

I thought so too, it's selling for 120k. The traffic is real, but I wasn't sure if it was worth it. randomblackguy helped me out, but if anyone else has feedback or comments, I'd love to hear it.

I highly suggested him not to buy it because can get same results with a lot less investments and also sellers used some PBNs which he cannot see them without GWT.

Your suggestion is correct in this situation.
You mention some PBNs, How many backlinks was on that site? And referring domains, Ip?
How was the site looks?
How many contents(words) was there you think?
As it getting a ton of organic traffic, quite interested to know about the site.
 
And you just happen to pop in and ask random strangers if spending 120k for a website is a good idea? You have 120k kicking around do you?

If a new website was generating $5500 per month in Adsense after 6 months why on earth would they sell it after such a short period of time?

If this post was news it would be filed under f for fake.
 
Why the hostility? I am wondering about a business for purchase, and I asked the advice of a highly reputed internet marketing forum. You're right, I'm not sure why they would sell it, and I am trying to find out why. If you had done even a little research, you would find the business yourself.
 
OP, when you opened this thread, did you originally intend on paying the person who helped you or were you looking for free help? The only reason I'm asking is because you posted this thread in the Hire A Freelancer section, which is where members post job offers for other members to fulfil.
