2 word YouTube comment bots

Hello.
Excuse me if I'm not following the forum etiquette or something, I'm very new here.

I'll start by saying I'm not looking to buy or sell anything, but I just wanted to hear thoughts from experts in this area.

I'm doing research on something I find very odd, that being random youtube bot comments with seemingly random phrases. Sometimes the comments consist of 6 random names, sometimes a name and a word (some examples being "Maggio Spurs", "Gisselle Turnpike", "Douglas Street" and so on.

I was just wondering if anyone into making bots has heard of or worked on something like this and I'm just wondering what the point is and how it works.

Again I'm sorry if this isn't the type of discussion to be had here, I'll gladly delete the post I just thought if I wanted an answer, why not go straight to the source.

edit: I know that bots like these can be used to inflate engagement and such but I'm specifically looking into it from the view of not paid for by the creator and seemingly engaged by some outside source

I think most of the automation can do this, maybe he is improving engagement. Even Adspower can do this one.
