2 sites are on same server, same ip,same niche,same keywords targeted

I have a site that rank good for my niche. But i planned to create my 2nd site on the same server, same ip address, same niche and same keyword targeted. The question is, how google will look at this? Will it be marked as spam for 2nd site? Or it will rank good like 1st site (assume I'm doing the same seo technique). Thanks and appreciate for your answer.

Its better to use cloudflare on the 2nd site. It is not going to cost you anything and it will solve your problem.
 
it doesn't matter what ip address you have but to make yourself comfortable you can use cloudflare. do not to use same webmaster tools for the clone sites.
 
John Müller was asked a similar question. He said that Google in such a situation would distribute the ranking of sites by keywords. For each keyword, both sites will not be ranked at once - only one.
 
you will not face any problem ,,, but you can use cloudflare to be in the safe side
 
I would like to do the same thing. Only one of my sites is ranking in one niche and it is a multiniche website. If Inwould create another microniche site. Which would target the same kws. But different articles and images, also different hosting and different domain registar + different webmaster tools. But I don't have different adsense account. Would I get deranked or maybe something worse can happen to me?
 
Based on my past experience, I have never had 2 sites ranking for the same keywords - 2 sites were hosted on the same hosting server, same IP, etc. Never once I have 2 sites popped on under the same SERP for the keyword. But I do have multiple sites ranking the same, but these are all different web2.0, so I guess the ranking and type does matter.
 
I dont think its a problem but exact duplicate means will consider as spam.
 
I'd use cloudflare or just host it somewhere else. It never hurts to play safe.
