2 Questions about backlink on deindexed domain

Hello,

I just found out that one of my pbn got deindexed by big G, so I have two questions

1) Does the backlinks I had to my money site on this PBN would affect negatively or not? Because if domain is deindexed then link juice should not pass right? or how big G sees this? because for what I understand googlebot would ignore this domain since is deindexed? Please correct me if I am wrong.

2) Just to have some control on the issue when PBN gets deindexed does this shows on Web Master Tools? Because I am trying to find domain but, I dont see it.

Usually not, however there are exceptions.

Not sure what you mean... Did you add you PBN site to Webmaster Tools?
