Give backlinks for those site which are related to your site. Keep in mind that 100 backlinks will not much helpful but 10 helpful backlinks will helpful when you give related site backlinks as well as high pr website/blog.

nice info but it becomes difficult to get backlinks from the same niche.

I have, but it was almost going for a record of bad grammar in every post since and including the OP, but you had to break the combo.

Instead of bashing him, you should really understand what he is trying to say:

10 related backlinks can be better than 100 un-related.
 
I have a site ranking in top 5 for 50k hard competition keyword without single outbound link ..so i dont buy that obl makes any difference or it will hrlp you rank...

just my 2 cents
 
Your above statement is absolutely right... 10 links on related blogs will more effective as compare to 100 on irrelevant sites
