I just bought the Premium member status to support the forum. Would be cool if it had some kind of styling like:

My second idea is making a "The Real G" status for $1000/year with no benefits whatsoever that would be very visible, flashy and bling-bling for the high-rollers who want to support the forum even more.

The problem with that is if you want your banner on the members signature space it will become against the rules since non upgraded members can not sell. But sure, if you just upgrade a member without any signature space it would be ok.

Interesting style, the premium is currently black on white, we're looking into a lite brand refresh next year once we have MP2 nailed.

Absolutely. It will make the whole ecosystem helpful to each other. And we could build our own creator economy hear on BHW. Very excited if that feature gets built.

I would be very interested if I could pay CPC and direct a user to a BST thread while dropping a cookie so that later when the user clicks buy now or clicks on a link to my site in the BST i would know which signature space converts better.

Thanks for adding that @Sartre - Yes, @Diamond Damien if you could also do this, that would make tracking and projection so much more effective.
But I doubt if that's possible.

Can you point out which rule you're referencing here? Section 5 of our terms covers signatures https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms/ there is no rule against upgrading a fellow member and is a popular process (one which we're considering automating). It's between you and them how that's paid for.

What forum needs is an Escrow system in place to protect buyers from the scam. Ofc buyer will have to pay the fees to cover the Escrow process.

I think I can see your logic, but that's not how it works in practice for signatures on the forum.
Jr. VIP has a dedicated marketplace section for buying and selling of signature spaces https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/jr-vip-only-signature-space-for-sale-to-buy.191/ (need a Jr. VIP account to access) but I fully appreciate you need to be a Jr. VIP first to work this. As the payment is your signature space you're not competing on the deal without complying with the rules (paying, in some way, for a signature space) so whilst there is an invitation to treat, there isn't a sale and for a signature space that's as good as it gets. There is always the want to buy section https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/ if you're looking to buy peoples signature space, but this needs to be an agreement between you and the member, we don't get in the middle of any disputes over the use of the signature spaces.
