2 Adsense account problem

Hey! i would like to ask you about something that confused me! i was wusing an adsense account to monitize mobile applications and it has been disabled, so now i decided to creat an other one to link it with my website blog, is there any problem if i open it on the same laptop, or it will be disabled for the multiple accounts problem. Thanks for your help!

Did you already give them you social security and tax information? If yes, then you can't open another account under the same info.

I handle more than 1 Adsense account in one laptop. Adsense ban a user when he breaks there rules.

Make sure you open it in another browser. If you have Firefox, then you can use profiles and create a new profile for this new adsense.
Do not use same data as tax info, bank account or name+address combination.

And owning more than 1 Adsense account is breaking the rules...

No. But Use with the different name. not the same name.
