Country: World Wide but mostly I get from Asia
Domain+Hosting and content from one of my local writer - total 1k$ spent, none in backlinks

No, I was doing game hack last year and was earning good, google around February last year hit every niche, my all website got major spam penalty, last year around March I started this blog and it is giving nice earnings from past 3 months.

but I think with backlinks you can reach more faster, I did not make a single backlink, only on page SEO and interlinking.
