I hardly get 40 followers a day with FL... I don't really understand.
Here are my settings :

I am in the fitness niche, i post 5-6 high quality pictures a day... What am I doing wrong?

I don't use the "scrape only top result" box, plus I set my scraping count to like 500, not sure if that changes anything.
Could be your follow search settings, maybe expand the 1-500 out a bit more.
Also, why unlike pics?

. As for the unlike setting, i don't even know why i even checked that so i'll just uncheck it Also, which niche are you in (edit: too fast for me, check the post above mine)? I'm pretty sure it all depends on the niche :/

Day 2 Update: Main = 2227 / 875. Gain of 65
Support = 1872 / 677. Gain of 52
Today I will
1) begin to unfollow to keep my ratio in check
2) Continue making posts for the accounts
3) Attempt to get a 2nd support account running. (still looking for a good supplier of PVAs)
Thank you for the support folks and stay tuned for more updates. Also, just letting ya'll know that IG is effective, so far I have gotten 80 clicks to my site so far from just the gram.

Day 4 update:
Started doing some unfollows. It appears that it might be beneficial to save all unfollows for 1-2 days per week. Anyone know about that? Also, I will start doing comments tomorrow to see if that increases the results.
Main - 3225 / 1076. So that makes the 2 day gains of 201 or 100.5/day
S1 - 2796 / 766. With 2 day gains of 89 or 44.5 / day
Main is growing more than twice as fast. I'm guess this has to do with the specifc keyword targetting and the content on the page. Could also be the the fact that all main pictures have 25 hashtags. Will do some testing to see what helps.

What are your unfollow settings? I follow for 3 days then unfollow for 2. I think I need to increase my unfollows. Takes too long to unfollow all the people who dont follow me.

Not too sure about this method. I heard thats how to get flagged by IG.
DAY 6 Update:
Main - 3259 / 1281. 2 Day gain of 205 or 102.5/day
S1- 4188 / 898. 2 Day gain of 122 or 66/day
My best guess is its the amount of hashtags per picture as that's the main difference between the two accounts. I am happy with the main accounts growth of a steady 100+ per day. I think if I added in shoutouts with this, could get it to the 142 / day needed for 1k per week. Tonight, I will be setting up the 3rd account and doing some work on the main 2 as far as posting.

Follow and unfollow same day seems to be the standard method. I will test this method though.
Day 7 Update:
Just got a VPN so have not been able to set up FL on it yet. Even still, main account shows an increase of 38 which brings the total to 3273/1319 and getting between 60-120 likes per post. I read somewhere that a %6 ratio between likes and followers is the standard. 1319*.06 = 79 so I am in a good range.
S1 grew 44 , bringing the total to 942 followers. I'm guessing the change in account settings helped.
Today will be working on getting FL setup again and creating some web content to go along with the main account.

The thing is with IG there will always be exceptions.
For example, I can't seem to get pass 1500 likes per day without getting banned in one week.
Others are able to do it just fine.
So whatever setting you see these days, take it with a grain of salt. Don't let it discourage you from testing higher limits because you can make A LOT of money with those settings.

Anyway, are you getting 44 followers per day? Thats kinda low man. You need at least 150 followers per day to get 1k a week. I get about 1400 followers in 5 days. Then use the weekend to unfollow. When unfollowing I gain maybe 20-30 followers.
