Just learn to use ScrapeBox. Try some footprint. I find some vBulletin forum use footprint:

inurl:register.php "Powered by vBulletin" games

• Check the PR and Alexa
• Export the data to xls

Maybe useful to register and create profile with backlink.
Some of them have PR in forum domain.
Use the xls file to check the PR and alexa, and open the text to register.

Well, A few small tips here, that can get you much much better results.

1. Instead of using inurl:register.php "Powered by vBulletin" games as your foot print... You should rather use...something like

inurl:member.php "Powered by vBulletin" games... This will get you all those forums which have public profiles...not the private ones... because Google can not always index if it is not freely accessible to its bot.

2. Now that you have a list of member.php?blahblah url with you... You can use Notepad++ (A free Software) to find and replace(RegEX Mode)... to replace all the member.php urls with register.php urls...

3. Now you are good to go and register in all those forums. However, I would still suggest using some automatic bot to do it for you... as doing it manually is quite time consuming.
