Maybe this account is trash bin type of account and all the removed pictures are transferred there in case there is an appeal.

He's posting 3x per second. This is a fast bot.
His video of himself on the open account is creepy. Bad quality camera too. Tells me this is an amateur operation, but still interesting for us as a case study.
From his personal account photos something tells me he's capturing frames from a webcam pointed somewhere so each frame is random different image (even if still camera, each capture is different because of random noise), generating random photos of some landscape by capturing frames from a camera. Cameras do like 30 fps, all he needs is 3 fps.
