16 million posts? How?

Pretty sure he has lots of follow request he could accept if he wanted to. :D

He has a public account, no need to accept.

He even has a story stating how to mute his posts so you don't see them on your feed. Honestly don't see the point in this.

To me the account is private.

lol that was pretty funny to see, never seen that before and wondering how the fuck IG is not banning that account.

this guy just has 16 million post and he uploads like 10 more posts every second.
Habe you guys any clue how he is doing it? Is there some sort of bypass?

His posts are private. That seems to be the loop hole.

Private posts shouldn't impact the app, and if somebody is spamming to their followers, 1) they'll reach less people per post. 2) anybody in their right mind would unfollow

Now here's what I'm wondering.
Is he scraping and posting in every Hashtag, while on private, sending 500 of his followers to like all his posts, so when he's off private - he bangs top posts in all hashtags?

Or maybe starts tagging people on every post?

Curious what the future will be for that account, with 16million posts - it should be easily caught by instagram analytics staff (that account being the #1 account with the most posts on the app, if they even look for that -.-)

I think there may be a very rational explanation for this. Could be a IG staff member. IG will have a lot of duplicate images posted on it's platforms (tens of thousands of people posting the same image). In order to save space it would be on their interest to just store 1 copy of the image, and the 10K other duplicate uploads to just be a database entry pointing to that one image.

This account uploading the same duplicate images of wolves could be a means to test the algorithm to see if it's working correctly.

After a while convert the account to public and stop posting. 16 mil posts should gather some new followers if you’re hitting every conceivable hashtag. Then, start deleting the older posts and come back to normal numbers, but with a high following. Just saying...

Looking at that code snippet, I'm pretty sure he's using this:
Code:
https://github.com/mgp25/Instagram-API

Which leads me to wonder if he didn't screw up his code & has a runaway process on a vps somewhere.

If he's doing it for the hell of it, props to him. I'd like to see how high he can go. If this is intentional, it's one hell of a loophole since IG changed the API limit to 500 requests / hour last year.

How tf he not get banned.

I'm curious what he post lol.

Where the fuck is he getting all the photos from and there must be some serious CC engine to process those photos

Pretty nuts in my opinion. Good find!

16 million post and only 503 followers :anyway: what he try to doing? world record ?

Honestly, that's what I'm thinking. What in the world is the ROI of this. 16m posts for 500 something followers.

Seems that this "strategy" is at its experimental stage.
I'm curious about the final results.

https://igblade.com/mathias666_le_destructeur - posts about 200,000 times a day.
 200000 times daily......
That's pretty new technique to me. Maybe he's experimenting here.

How do u find this guy. We should interview him
