That's the long term plan, but for now I'm doing the work myself, and have a friend who helps.

My goal now is to make $150,000 by Dec 2020. My previous journey involved working alone. In this new journey I will collaborate with people of different skills. I've figured out a way to get noticed by clients on Upwork, get replies to my pitches etc.
The plan is to JV with people who are smarter than me. I will source lucrative projects through Upwork, we work together, and share the income.
I've bought the Upwork Plus Plan for $15 per month. With this plan, I can see what other freelancers have bid for the project, and it will help me pitch more strategically.
I will post the earning updates as I get paid. Wish me luck

4-10 hours. I quote an hourly rate between $15-40 and fixed price between $100-200 for these small lead gen jobs.
I like to make money from from project management and consulting in a very specific niche (I have years of experience in, and this is outside of general internet marketing). Ive made $500-3000 in these jobs, the highest being $3000 so far. But such jobs are not found everyday on Upwork.
Now my main goal is to collab. I had posted a JV thread and made some nice connections. Have started bidding for relevant jobs where I can get the project and outsource it to my JV partners and split the profit. Haven't got any job yet for these JVs but I'm bidding non-stop everyday.
Since I've made some money in the last two months I have a little bit of leverage and can keep bidding 3-10 jobs a day non-stop for a month. With that kind of action I expect at least one or two jobs to be won.

You said manual and don't use any tool for lead generation.
Do you just create a spreadsheet with name, email, phone number, etc and send it to the client or do you do more?

No problem bud. Yes that's exactly how I gather leads. Web research, nothing more, nothing extra.
On average 10 to 20 leads, but all that depends on client budget.

$100 for 10 to 20 sites? Maybe that's some extra work I guess in searching for them.
I mean you it might be hard to get those collected, I guess.

Not hard at all. Very easy. Other freelancers on Upwork can deliver these leads for $0.10 each. It's just that I package my offer beautifully, and have a well written profile with plenty of testimonials, and client history.
