I dont know what i am doing wrong, i make top comment on related video uploaded today or yesterday and which have insane traffic and my comment is up for 1-2 hours but dont really get clicks :S

The most important part is to find a good bot, good proxies and good accounts.

well there is something in it, but seriously i dont think anyone join this network just because he earnt with custom comments ,you can do this on any cpa sites or ppd

I think that your comments are not attractive or your comments are ghosted .. try to see if you see them on top from another ip. Youtube have a ghost system that show only to you that comment is on top

unfortunately you are right my comment is not visible from another ip, since i haven't found any working bot i tried the method that i upvote my comment with my accounts in google chrome incognito from the same ip,so i did 20 votes but it seems like this method is not working
