His twitter profile is full of posts about this, I wonder how real is that amount of money and how much content, impressions and click he must get to be paid that. Still good to know that Twitter will be paying it's content creators!

is also new for me and is same as YouTube incentives for creators
ALL WEBSITES THAT USE OUR CONTENT SHOULD BE DOING THIS!!! ESPECIALLY IF THEY MAKE MONEY USING OUR CONTENT

No. Some people with 600 followers are earning 1k tu 2k$ after every 14 days from twitter.
They completed all the twitter requirements from SMM panel.

For the first you have to pay, which is like renting for the ability to receive revenue (Similar to Apple's app store).
Payout is as low as 10$ (better than Google's 70$ and Facebook's 100$ ATM).
But neither YouTube nor Facebook ask for rent.
YouTube is still the best for starting and small creators.

The first payments were all much higher than normal. It included 6+ months of impressions all back paid. So this guy probably makes less than 1k per month and he is a VERY huge and popular account in his niche. He has been building his account for years and has appearances on television and stuff. Best way to make money is blackhat. I've seen some Indian groups with 30+ members and they all just make simple posts and reply to each other every day and make more than huge legit accounts.
