$10k Budget - What Would You Do and Why?

I would like to invest in multiple ways.
Websites, amazon or make a data centre.

I saw a reputable member here on BHW was selling a website that is making $700 per month ( last three months). I would have bought that.

Just an advice!

Ps. Do your due diligence before doing business!

Nice, who was this. Do you know how much it sold for?

Are you selling your own products or affiliate? What kind of products you pitch to your audience physical or digital? And what are the best niches to be in and what is your traffic source? Google fb or native?

Before i answer, you should be aware i have multiple funnel sites.
I sell both my own and affiliate products, they are both physical and digital products.
I am mostly in the ecom and mmo niches.
I use multiple sources of paid traffic not just one, but no seo. It is not so much where you get the traffic from, but what you do with it. Having said that i now find standard fb / google ads a bit expensive.

Start a bitcoin mining website. So much demand from developing countries like Philippine, Brazil, Iran etc. I have already started a website and i am seeing some awesome numbers just within 2-3 days after the launch.
How do you make money from a bitcoin mining website. Please explain, thanks

Buy a site with a good multiple. If you find a clean site to buy at a multiple less than 15 then it's likely a great deal.

Buy a website that's already generating passive income.

Buy a website that's already generating passive income.

You should never buy a website thst is making passive income unless you already know how to increase it's profits else it will take you far too long to get an roi and so your capital is tied up and not working for you.

For example: i have purchased amazon affiliate websites. Just leaving it as an affiliate website it would take me around 3 years to get my money back in commission. However, i had an fba product that the traffic could be directed to. Then i make more like 60% profit on the product and the affiliate commission. Now the roi is a lot quicker.

I would do ecommerce with only 1k or 2k only.
Can't disclose in details.

Personally, I would try some smaller ventures you are passionate about and scale them.

Go for a long term business and use that budget to generate traffic to your business and get sales. Still a very big budget, so it won't hurt you if you give me $100 xD haha

1. Keyword research.
2. Buy domain.
3. Buy $5,000~ worth of content.
4. Get some guest posts.
5. Rent a PBN depending on the niche.

I mean, I pretty much do that now, but I write all the content myself. It'd be nice to pay someone to do it.
What kind of content?

The first thing for me would be investing in yourself. Do you have business appropriate clothes? How are your teeth? Does your hair look like a homeless person? If you live in an area where you need a car, do you have a reliable car? Are there repairs that need doing in your house that will be more expensive unless you take care of them now?
Depending on how you aquired that money, you may have to pay taxes on that next year. Don't spend it all and then owe to the IRS :)
