SEO services is so saturated.
Why not be more cutting edge and offer something a bit more unique?
Conversion rate optimization, analytics etc. It's a better pitch to offer to help a company convert more of their sales and learn more about their customer.
Youtube advertising.. Something where there's less competition and they're more likely to say "Hey, that's interesting! Tell me more"
Business owners are getting pitched night and day for SEO services.

I'd recommend investing some money over here conversionxl.com. Have a look around and see what you like, do the courses and create your own agency for it. Even a combination of 2-3 things. Not TOO many things, but 2-3 that are related. Create a blog, write some articles about it, create a fb group. Create some training webinars and call up business owners to invite them. Invite business owners to read your blog. Just drum up followers who will then buy from you. Don't try to sell. It doesn't work well these days. Grant Cardone doesn't really "sell" as much as you think. He built up a following and he can 'sell' because of his name
