What is the refund policy?
All credit top-ups are deemed final and are strictly non-refundable. Furthermore, credits cannot be transferred to any other account under any circumstances. For ISP products, any issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement, which will be provided at no additional cost. For residential products, if less than five percent (5%) of the product has been utilized and dissatisfaction is communicated within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, a refund will be issued. All refunds shall be processed to the original payment method. For instance, if wallet credits are being used for the transaction, the refund shall be credited back to the user’s wallet.
