So guys I managed somehow to scrape emails from one of the leaders in the Lead generation tools. I m able to get their entire database which is nearly 200M emails. I tested about 10K emails in my niche with something free to check the open rates and the click rates ( I sent them the link to my YouTube Channel) and I got about 500 in 2/3 days subs which I think for a small YouTube channel it is a great thing, I pitch my own digital products in my channel and I got an increase in sales in the same period not sure if it is related to the new subs or just coincidence.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how I can monetize this list?

PS: I use SMTP to send cold emails ( so I can't send more than about 5k/day)

If you are got 500 subs with 10k cold emails that's super impressive I guess.
You can filter the data and start promoting alternative similar tools which or on some deal maybe. That should work better
If you are confident in your data quality, use multiple offers from multiple setups and test which works better and go huge on top 3. which are converting better

Not multiple ones but I can filter out emails from different niches easily (that's how i used the 10k to get subs)

It's not a math problem I was interested in probably 100k only of the full list because I have something related to the niche but the rest not sure what to send them

My problem now is I m not good at affiliates also I don't have access to PayPal in my country and most of the affiliate programs that I m interested in pay through PayPal. I m looking for something that pays through Payoneer or wise.

I don't thing it is going to be good for anyone because most of the members here are into the same thing so probably they will send emails to the same people and the list will lose its value.

Not actually but I found a way to bypass their limitations and access their database for free
 
Send them a generic cpa offer free amzon card or burger king something like that

Lots of cpa networks with crypto payouts

I've never used CPA before, got accepted like 7 years ago in Maxbounty and never logged in to my account until they banned me XD. to be honest i m not good at CPA at all

what kind of customers do you want? and I m not sure if this is okay with BHW. I don't want to do something against the rules.

I m a good programmer! if I can imagine something I can code it. and just for clarification, I m able to get all the database but this will take some time for my machine to get it all. so what I m doing now is I m getting only the chunks I need like the 10K I used to grow a bit my channel. if there is a need to get all I'll get it all

I have a,most similar challenge too.
I have all manner of database/leads (although i sell), i have been looking into getting to engage them myself.

But that hasnt really worked. I do not have the time.

So OP, as good as selling can be, i feel engaging them might fetch you more on the long run.
