im a programmer too and im quite curious on how you manage to get this data...
which platform you use to send these emails and follow up the data like opening rates? Im new to it

btw you can use this list to:
- promote a service
- offer a lead magnet to build a more filtered email db with quality leads
- create relationship with your list and sell something or launch a 3 day webinar with some offer on the end
- use this list filtered on a blog and then sell this blog at a flipper platform
- test products, copy and offers... if you have high cr depending on the niche, you know your offer is good
- sell this list, which in my opinion its bad bc you have some really good leads on it fo sho

You can filter the data and start promoting alternative similar tools which or on some deal maybe. That should work better
If you are confident in your data quality, use multiple offers from multiple setups and test which works better and go huge on top 3. which are converting better

It's not a math problem I was interested in probably 100k only of the full list because I have something related to the niche but the rest not sure what to send them

My problem now is I m not good at affiliates also I don't have access to PayPal in my country and most of the affiliate programs that I m interested in pay through PayPal. I m looking for something that pays through Payoneer or wise.

I don't thing it is going to be good for anyone because most of the members here are into the same thing so probably they will send emails to the same people and the list will lose its value.

Not actually but I found a way to bypass their limitations and access their database for free

downlaod the database and sell them the way how you've done it for $$$,$$$
