100K Supplements mail list - What would you do?

Hello guys!

I have a list of 100k people who are interested in supplements.

What is the best way to monetize this list?

I thought about adding the custom list to meta ads, but I don't have the budget for ads right now.

Email apps are also quite expensive for a list this size. What would you do?

Open a JV, partner with someone who do cold emailing, many people here have the tools & experience.

I just checked and apparently, you need 50 min posts to post on that section.
