GA shows that each visitor stays for approx 8-9 and views 1.7 pages

Add mobile optimized CPA offers to rotating banner and see what converts best for your traffic. Include some common offers like free iphones, dating, and so on

i have no clue about CPA... i got peerfly and adsecndmedia accounts but never used. with so many offers to choose from i always get confused since i dont have geo-targeting

Peerfly is good option, you will find many good offers there. Some CPA offers like dating offers are international. You don't need geo-targetting even the offers are for US only, for example in peerfly you can set the backup url for countries that are not accepted by the offer so you can set some international dating offers as backup while your main offer is US targeted.

you can monitize thoug mobile cpa/cpi offers, and cpc ads also.
i using adzmedia and vserv for cpc ads.
there are many sites who offer cpa/cpi
