Not to be rude... but...
I could go on and on, trying to get my post count up (like I suspect you are), but instead i'll rescind my argument to save both myself and the Original Poster the time.
So instead i'll try to emphasise the fact one last time by saying, lottery isn't gambling, go, argue and check for yourself, i'm not here to educate you, i'm here to educate myself.

If I am gambling $1 at the gas station down the street for a scratch-off or $100 at the blackjack table. It's still gambling, stop wasting time arguing non-important shit and go do something useful. It amazes me what people will waste there time on.

Well, we don't know much about your background so it's hard to tell where to put your money into. Everyone us come from different corners and doing very different role in IM so that's can be difficult to say anything before you tell us about your current stage and what you're aim to, thats will make your $1000 more target.

I think you should buy a BlackHat VPS that has xRumer 7,SB,NHS,Sick Submitter,BMD etc preinstalled. I think that would cost around $500/600 annually which is just under the price of xRumer alone except you get to use a whole lot of tools. Also buy some I.P's so you don't burn yours out and some decent private proxies. I think Hostamus is offering a package like this. I think that you'll make more than the investment back if you get this, but don't gamble it all away... reinvest it in something that has a better chance of giving you a positive return
