The Lottery is where a lot of people put a small amount of money in and luck specifies the winner.

Gambling is slightly the same, but the odds are stacked more in your favour due to betting against odds, essentially, having a choice of which to hedge your funds on.

There really is a huge difference, however, the Government will tell you otherwise.

If I am gambling $1 at the gas station down the street for a scratch-off or $100 at the blackjack table. It's still gambling, stop wasting time arguing non-important shit and go do something useful. It amazes me what people will waste there time on.

Well, we don't know much about your background so it's hard to tell where to put your money into. I think you should buy a BlackHat VPS that has xRumer 7,SB,NHS,Sick Submitter,BMD etc preinstalled. I think that would cost around $500/600 annually which is just under the price of xRumer alone except you get to use a whole lot of tools. Also buy some I.P's so you don't burn yours out and some decent private proxies. I think Hostamus is offering a package like this. I think that you'll make more than the investment back if you get this, but don't gamble it all away... reinvest it in something that has a better chance of giving you a positive return .
