$100/Day Journey - Good Strategy

Day 277

Well, this month has been one of the BEST months I've ever had! I've made about $60 from misc jobs. My Bing ad is getting constant impressions, still trying to gauge how to get clicks.

I'm also running a secret project, if it takes off I'll let you guys know, this could be the big break!

Hey good luck op.. mind asking, but what misc website are you using to get 2-8 bucks?? If you can't say what it is, its alright. Again, Good Luck.

No, it's ok! I'm using Microjobs, and doing Amazon reviews.

Day 284

Still fucking at it.

how did the bing ads go? did you manage to get more sales?
Not yet. I'm getting thousands of impressions, but no clicks. I'm studying keyword structure and bidding more. That way, I can do this correctly and get some clicks. However, I am trying other strategies that I'll reveal if they work.

Day 250

Getting quite a lot of negativity from my family about my life choices. Mainly, my dad. Now, mind you, he doesn't know jack shit about what I'm doing online, simply because if he did know, he'd try everything in his power (including going as far as unplugging the internet modem), to stop me- especially if he knew I was having a bit of success. Then, he would tell me I have "no future, no options". Basically trying to spoon-feed me what he wants me to think I.E. "Get a proper 9-5 job in the "real" world".

So it's in my best interest to build up enough income to get the fuck out of this house, and get my own place. I'll be able to thrive fully by myself.

Hey man, I just started following this journey and have read all the way up to here from your day one. I just wanted to let you know you are way ahead of the game! Doing your own thing is 100x better than working for the man in the "real world". I quit my "real job" about a year ago and launched a succesful product that I love fucking around with and using new marketing tactics to get more sales. A lot more fulfulling. Hopefully once I read on that you have reach the goal :)

Thank-you! Luckily, I've learned it at a young age. I'll be able to enjoy life fuller :D btw, I'm 65 bucks away from moving out!

Day 303

I'm almost at the big break; when it happens there will be an extra long post detailing everything.

Day whateverthehellitisnow

So. Since my last update more than a month ago, a LOT of stuff has happened.

I ran away from my house 1 week after I posted that last update because I couldn't take anymore of the abuse my "dad" was perpetrating. The "vacation" was short lived however, but much needed (2 days). The police (the captain knows me from church, and was very nice) had to tell me to go back to my house (legal stuff and whatnot, being considered a runaway, etc). Of course, after I got back to the house, things were about 2x as bad, namely my "dad" taunting me about not being able to get away from him until I was 18. But he didn't know that wasn't true, because legally or not, I was about to use a last resort, but I'll get to that in a second.

On Feb. 1, he died. (He had a TON of health complications, it wasn't really that unexpected). Now because he died, I've been able to get in school and actually do things (not only because I am no longer taking care of him 24/7 like I used to, but because his demeaning and controlling aurora is no longer here).

I was going to commit suicide. Literally, if he hadn't died, I would have already done it. I'd been considering it on and off for the past year or so. I'd planned it all out- I was setting everything up. I got poison that I would drink right before going up on the stool to put the rope around my neck, and then while on the stool, I was going to take the knife and cut my wrists, then jump immediately. But he died, so that pretty much stopped for a bit.

Right now, I'm really sad and depressed, not because my "dad" is "gone" (he put me in a really difficult position because he = constant abuse), but I've felt this way for the past 2 years, it's just gotten much worse over that time span.

While I am not actively planning suicide anymore, I really don't have anything to live for.

So I'm back to square one. Planning and evaluating a way to make money here.

Sorry that you have to go through tough times but don't quit or commit suicide because of it. The problem with life is that everyone dies in the end but a very few people really live. Remember, things will get better if you keep grinding through.

Sorry to read this.

I haven't gone though this, just thinking of it is overwhelming. But life is sometimes like that.

When you feel down, remember how much you wanted this freedom. And what dreams you had. And the people you loved so much and wanted to help them no matter what. Remember these things. Take a walk. Greet people. Talk with people. Bad feelings will slowly fade.

Dont give up....... just dont... u really think u dont have anything to live for? everybody have something to live for, u need to find it out or just wait till it appears in front of u.

Day 400

Ok. So. I've reevaluated everything I have at the moment.

1. I've still got my website, which I'm converting into a t-shirt site (through tshirtgang)
2. I've STILL got my clickbank account- I'm very surprised at this. But, since I have this, and a open website domain to experiment around with, I think that there is promise here.

3. The most important thing I have now is TIME. My suicidal thoughts have subsided, my quality of life is much better. If you look at my posts a few posts earlier, you'll notice that I was rushing through a thousand methods a week trying to find the one that would work, mainly because I was trying to hurry up and get the means to get out of the abusive environment.

However, IM doesn't necessarily, if EVER, work that way. You need time to implement and track the results of everything you're doing, which I now have. So, I'm feeling a lot better about my future efforts. I'm going to focus on two things: getting the t-shirt website up and running, and using clickbank on my other website.

Day 452

I've got my blog up and running with Google Analytics and some articles, which are pulling in around 20 new visitors a day. The articles of course, are concerning Clickbank products. Nothing has translated to sales ATM, but I'm adding more articles.

When I'm at 100-200 articles, I'll look and see if it is worth to buy a service from BHW here to boost my site rank.

My articles are handwritten more or less. I copy paste from multiple articles to make a new one, without a lot of work. So far, things are going well!

Day 458

So, in the span of 6 days, I've almost doubled my daily visitors from 20 to 47, and so far I have visitors from the UK, Russia, most from the US, Australia, etc. This is all just from 3 articles. I installed some SEO plugins and whatnot.

So far, I'm writing reviews on Clickbank Products, I have yet to see a sale, but I'm going to write articles that target people who want to buy something RIGHT NOW as a solution to their problem. I'll see how that works out.
