Most hosting providers can do that for free. Talk to their support and ask them if they do that for free for new clients, maybe they do.

most web host will migrate your site for free for you. Have you asked them to help yet? Really no reason to pay for it. Check with the host first.

You can also use Fiverr. I can do it, since it does not take a lot of time. But I like to outsource it for a 5iver.
