I was searching the forums and noticed a lot of ppl want to grow their Twitter and still receiving "just use follow/unfollow method brah" replies.

I'm gonna start a similar project(growing a Twitter account from scratch, niche based) and I was thinking to do a case study regarding this. Though I'm not sure I will have time to start that thread so here are 10 easy tips that you should guys follow:

1) Chose wisely your name and @. Also, the PFP should be something brandable. Don't use numbers and shit, make it simple. Don't forget about your banner, pay someone to do a custom one.

2) Your pinned tweet should be golden. Most of the ppl who click on your profile will not pass that pinned tweet so make it count.

3) Be a consistent reply guy. Be smart and don't reply if you don't add any value

4) Retweets count more than you think. A lot of ppl will check your profile and if you follow 1) and 2) they will follow you

5) Connect with similar size accounts and grow together. Really, don't ignore the networking part!

6) Tag your fav @ asking them stuff. Quality q&a is the key here, don't tag them for rubbish. Also, don't tag huge accounts.

7) Proper format your tweets and use line breaks(not like I'm doing with my post here lol).

8) Don't tweet a lot when your account has few followers. The reach will be low anyway. Instead, focus on the steps above until at least 500 followers.

9) Once you have a decent amount of followers you can start posting those quality threads tweets. You will succeed since all your followers will be real and they will engage with your content.

10) ProTip: Don't do any giveaways if you don't want to have random followers who will never interact with your tweets. That's garbage and you should avoid it. Always focus on quality vs quantity

That's pretty much it. I could add tons of more tips but I will stop here for now. You need some time so don't expect you will grow very fast. Remember, you need to stay consistent in your niche until you grow a bit. Later you can always use tools to schedule multiple tweets per day/week.

Of course, you can always use the 2009 folllow/unfollow method and you will grow your account "overnight".

Good luck

Extra tip 1: Don't be scared to start the journey. It will get easier once you are followed by some decent accounts! And that's because when someone will click on your profile they will not only see your quality pinned tweet but also that you are followed by xx accounts which they already follow. At that stage, the follow is almost guaranteed.

Extra tip 2: Get Twitter blue! I know everyone has checkmarks now but you still have more chances of being followed by simply being blue. Yea ik is not available in your country so just use VPN (US/UK/CA..)

How much actual TRAFFIC (to your link in your bio / pinned tweet) are you generating on a daily basis per account?

I see a lot of threads about 'growing a twitter account' but not much about the one reason that you want to - traffic to your offers.

twitter spaces is good for growth, keep active
I second that. Also, comment/quote below the top accounts to get some attention.

You shouldn't care about traffic from your bio link or pinned tweet. You won't do CPA or aff marketing by following this strategy.
The main idea is to legit grow your account, be a notable person in your niche and start partnerships/promote different projects.

Good tips. Personally I agree with all of them except #8. I think #10 is important to highlight. People here want quick results, and I can see them doing giveaways or fake giveaways just for temporary engagement. But in the long run it's not much better than buying from SMM panels.

Ok, by that rationale, wouldn't that be generating traffic to your offers through tweets, otherwise how are you promoting anything (making any money) with this?

If that's what you meant, then again I ask - how much traffic are you getting through these tweets / promotions?

Nowadays its more obvious the nuisance quality difference of writing and chatgpt, and your writing is probably being modeled from by it right now! :D thanks, great tips, you can tell this is some good personal grey hair experience.

Sir, your reply looks like it was generated using The Best Spinner lmao

As I said you shouldn't worry about direct traffic since you can make partnerships with different companies which will pay you to promote their brand, retweet, do a campaign, or whatever. If your followers are legit they will interact and engage with your published tweet and the brand that hired you will be pleased. Just like "influencers" are doing lol.
