In some cases, the 10% threshold error may resolve itself after a certain period.

This is now like a feature of Fb and there is no way to fix it. I still haven't found a way to fix it.

This is almost a feature of Facebook. U should try spending more and paying in full, then send a request to Facebook to increase your limit

Yes. It exists on newer accounts. There is no way to bypass this currently.
There is currently no fix for this error, it is a new feature

To be honest, this looks like a standard situation, but it is definitely something we can work with. 10% is not a critical increase, but it is still unpleasant. Try to actually contact Facebook support, although they don't always respond promptly.
You might also want to review your ad campaigns and optimize your ROI to compensate for these changes. If you find any life hacks or solutions from support, share them here - I think many people will be interested.
