This error has existed for quite a long time
We also tried asking Meta and they said that if you pay your bills green and don't leave debt, you can avoid it, but actually this is quite difficult to avoid.
 
Currently, a 10% increase in payment threshold is inevitable in life. There is no way to fix it, just accept it and live with it.
 
Hopefully this will pass soon, but some of the accounts we use are still active and raising the threshold normally . There seems to be a ray of light to end this soon :D
