Can I put 10 PBN sites on one IP without having to worry?

I was trying to save costs by putting a few different websites on one shared account with one IP.

If you add the websites to Cloudflare then you can save money but you have to add one once a day so that they get assigned different IPs. It can be done. Is it the safest? Nope.

Look for cheap shared hosting, or take a look here.

Like Aty said, you don't necessarily need to go for dedicated IPs, just choose hosting from different providers and you're essentially guaranteed that their shared hosting will still be different IPs from each other. Having them all on one IP is a horrible idea.

Sure. That's perfect. Be sure to use the same theme, plugins and content on all of them. Then link to the same ten money sites from all of your PBNs. Next, put webmaster tools on all of the sites. Finally, keep a spreadsheet of your sites in Google Docs. Presto! A PBN! Seriously, OP, if you're going to build a PBN, please do yourself a favor and do some research first. Otherwise you'll just be posting in a month, complaining that "PBNs don't work anymore."
