It depends upon Email proposal!

Your Email should be Straight to the Point Type, not way promotional or long story like "I'm interested in paid guest posting or i'm avid blogger / writer who passionate about writing blah blah over 5 years etc etc..

This will also comes under common Guest posting Mistakes!
Thus I pointed it here.. thanks

Number 1 mistake - buying guest posts from "pile of trash" blogs which sell/accept from anybody. That will never do any good to your website.

Mistake Number #1 is selling guest posts on pile of trash blogs

One of the client asked - if blogger not responds to our outreach email - Should we send email Again ?

Yeah, just a follow Up message is Fine - But not again & again & again,
Don't keep sending emails to the blogger, who fails to reply back!
Instead of waiting for a reply, I suggest you to find some other blogs & approach them for guest posting! TY
